Step 1. The Consultation
You book a call.
Start your solar journey with a simple conversation. While a physical inspection is best where possible, we do however service all over this lucky country.
So while we would like to sit down and have a cuppa in person, we keep it personal with a Zoom consultation instead.
Your Usage.
You tell us about how you use or plan to use electricity in your home. This part is crucial, we want to find a solution tailored to your needs.
Bill Buster Plan.
Your Energy Expert will build a Bill Buster plan for you based on your actually usage, so even if we aren't a good match - you will still walk away savings from the get go.
We do this all over via Zoom
Once you're happy, then the real fun starts!
Step 2 - The Package
The Proposal.
Clear, transparent cost and savings breakdown. A personalised solution to power your families future.
Tailored Finacial Solution.
We get it - sometimes the barrier to investing is solar is financial, even though we know it’s better for us in the long run. We help put together an affordable option for you, including monthly payment plans.
The Paperwork.
We help you handle all the rebate, finacial and network ducumentation.
So you have nothing to worry about.
3. The Installation
Set the date.
One of our qaulity pre-vetted installers will reach out to set a date for your install, and just like that - you'll be on your way.
Installation Day!
Our professinonal installers take the utmost care in installing your new system, looking after your home and your roof. This should usaully be all done in one day! But don't worry, if there's any set backs we'll be sure to let you know ahead of time.
Government Regulator and Switch On.
A final Inspection is usaully carried out by a government inspector before your system is switched on, this usaully take another week or so. Once checked off - it's power on, and you can start generating your own clean energy!
Don't worry, we're not going anywhere..
3. After Care
Solar Check-in.
Once installation is completed one of our team members will be back in touch. Just to make sure everything has gone well & answer any questions you may have.
Bill Buster Follow-Up.
After your first year we reach out again, and re-complete our orginal energy assesment. We'll send you a fresh bill buster plan - to make sure you're getting the most out of your panels, for years to come.
